Alameda Girls Softball Association (AGSA) provides recreational and tournament fastpitch softball programs for girls age 4 to 14 with the overall goal of developing sportsmanship, teamwork, friendship and leadership. AGSA is the only youth sports league in Alameda with a primary focus on development of girls in sports. AGSA is affiliated with NorCal USA Softball.

Fall Rec Ball Registration is Open!

The Recreational Fall Ball program will run for 8 weeks, from the week of September 2nd through October 26th.

The program includes:

・One weekday afternoon skills clinic or practice for 8U division and above
・One weekday afternoon practice for 6U division
・One Saturday practice each of the first two weeks of the program
・One Saturday game each of the last six weeks of the program

Weekday Clinic Schedule (all events at Krusi Park)
All clinics for 8U and older are run by women with college and high school softball playing experience

6 & Under: Wednesdays 4:30-5:30
8 & Under: Fridays 4:30-6:00
10 & Under: Mondays 4:30-6:00
12/14 & Under: Wednesdays 4:30-6:00

Registration is now open to girls of ages 4-14 of any skill level.

We’re excited to reveal our new branding to our softball family! It’s been a big year for AGSA, and the time felt right for a fresh modern look that reflects the integrated program we are today and our hopes for girls in sport going forward. Some of this year’s highlights include the launch of fall ball, the expansion of our Blaze program and the restructured expansion of our board. While we have a new look, our commitment to the girls of Alameda and our emphasis on Leadership, Sportsmanship, and Friendship remain the same.
